Product Blindspot Review
You're too close to your product to see what's stalling it.
The Product Blindspot Review is a one-hour working session with three senior product and engineering operators, plus a four-page written read on where your product thinking has gaps, and what we'd do about them in the next 30 days.
Normally $1,200. Free for our launch cohort, in exchange for a candid testimonial.
Trusted across NASA missions and regulated industries
Who this is for
You're a founder of an early-stage software company, small team, product live or nearly live. Things are moving, but not the way you expected. Users sign up and drift. The roadmap is a pile of competing opinions. You suspect something is off in the product itself, but everyone close to it is too close to it.
This is a product review, not a code audit.
What you get
01 / The session
One hour, all three reviewers, walking your product together: positioning, the first-run experience, the core loop, and what your roadmap says about what you believe.
02 / The report
Four pages within five working days: what's working, the three to five blind spots we found, and a prioritised 30-day list.
03 / No pitch
The session contains no sales pitch. The report's final page covers options if you want help, and whether you open it is up to you.
See a real review before you apply
A full four-page Product Blindspot Review, anonymised. This is exactly what lands in your inbox: the read, the blind spots, and the 30-day list.
Want to see it first? Ask for the sample in your application and we'll send it with our reply.
The trade
Why free?
We've just launched this offer, and candid testimonials from real founders are worth more to us right now than $1,200. So our launch cohort gets the full review free.
In exchange, you agree to two things up front: a candid, attributed testimonial after you've read your report (be as critical as you like), and that we may write about anonymised patterns from these reviews, never naming you or your product.
That's the whole deal. No card details, no trial mechanics, no drip sequence you didn't ask for.
Who's reviewing
Three senior operators in the room for the full hour. Not a junior analyst with a template.

Questions founders ask
Is this a sales call?
No. The hour goes on reviewing your product, not selling you anything, and the session contains no pitch. The final page of your report lays out options if you decide you want help. Whether you ever open that page is entirely up to you.
We're pre-launch. Can we apply?
Yes, as long as there's a product we can actually use, even a rough beta or a private prototype behind a login. If real users can't touch it yet, a review is premature. Come back when they can and it'll be far more useful.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send yours with your application, or use ours. Candour on both sides is the whole point, and that's easier when the commercial boundaries are clear up front.
Why is it free? What's the catch?
We've just launched this offer, and a candid, attributed testimonial from a real founder is worth more to us right now than $1,200. That's the trade: you get the full review free, and after you've read your report you give us an honest testimonial (be as critical as you like) and let us write about anonymised patterns, never naming you or your product. No card details, no trial mechanics, no drip sequence you didn't ask for.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application in the order it arrives and reply within two working days. If it's a fit, we send a short scheduling link for the hour plus a couple of things to have open. If it's not, we tell you plainly why, and where a review would land better.
Apply for the launch cohort
Takes about 4 minutes. We read every application and reply within two working days.
The full terms, in plain English
The Product Blindspot Review is free for members of our launch cohort. In return, you agree to two things. First, after you've read your report, you give us a written testimonial we can attribute to you and your company. You can be as critical as you like; we won't edit it to remove criticism, and we'll show you how we plan to use it before we publish it.
Second, you allow us to write about anonymised patterns we notice across these reviews, for example in blog posts or talks, without ever naming you, your company, or your product, and without sharing anything you've told us is commercially sensitive.
That's the whole exchange. There are no payment details, no automatic renewal, and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. We're happy to sign an NDA covering the session and the report. You can withdraw your testimonial consent at any time before we publish it by emailing us. If you'd rather pay and skip the testimonial, the review is available at $1,200.
