Packages

Fixed scope. Known price. No surprises.

Five productised offers for the most common ways engineering teams start with us. Custom engagements outside these are scoped from a Technical Assessment. For advisory consultations at a set rate, ask us directly.

Which one?

Pick by the question you're holding, not the budget.

"We're not sure what to build."

Start with the MVP Diagnostic. Ten days turns a forming idea, or two competing ones, into an architecture and a roadmap a board can fund. It is also the natural lead-in to the Build Sprint if you decide to proceed.

"We know what to build. Ship it."

Start with the Build Sprint. Three weeks, a working vertical slice in production, in your accounts. The scope conversation happens before the first commit, which is where it is still cheap.

"The system already exists."

Start with the Technical Assessment: ten days on one system, ending in a costed plan. If the whole estate is in question, the Full Technical Assessment is the two-to-four-week version, and it is how every modernisation and replatform we run begins.

Every package ends in an artefact you keep, whether or not we do the work that follows, and none of them auto-continue. What comes after is always a decision, priced per milestone against the plan the package produced.

01 / Fixed scope · Fixed price

A buildable plan for your MVP, in 10 days.

$8,000 / 10 business days

Compress three months of architecture thrashing into ten days of focused decision-making. You walk away with a buildable plan, a defensible architecture, and a price for the build.

Best for

Founders and product teams about to start a build.

What you walk away with

  • Technical assessment of your problem space
  • Recommended architecture + tech stack
  • Buildable user-story backlog with rough effort estimates
  • Fixed-price scope for the build sprint

Convert into a Build Sprint? Up to $3,000 of the diagnostic fee credits toward your first sprint.

02 / Fixed scope per sprint

Production-ready MVP in 3-week sprints, $40K per sprint.

$40,000 / 3 weeks per sprint

One sprint, fixed scope, fixed price. Most MVPs ship in two or three sprints, each one a complete, deployable increment. You own everything at handover.

03 / Fixed scope · Fixed price

A senior review of one system, and a costed plan for what to do about it.

$12,000 / 10 business days

Ten business days on the system or the decision that is actually blocking you. Architecture, delivery, and the risks worth spending on, written up as a plan you can act on or hand to a board.

Request a Technical Assessment

Questions buyers ask first

The honest answers to what you're about to ask.

What are the disadvantages of fixed price contracts?
Four honest ones. Scope is rigid, so a mid-project discovery becomes a negotiation instead of a decision. Vendors pad the price to cover their estimating risk, so you pay for their uncertainty. Change orders create friction exactly when momentum matters. And when the estimate was wrong, quality is what gets squeezed at the end. Our packages keep the fixed price but cut the scope small enough to estimate honestly: ten days or three weeks, with the stopping point built in, so the classic failure modes never get room to grow.
What is fixed price vs time and materials?
Fixed price buys a defined outcome for a defined number; time and materials buys hours, with the scope free to move. Fixed price wins when the work is well-understood and bounded, T&M wins when discovery is the point. The trap is signing a fixed price on unbounded work or T&M on work a vendor should have been able to bound. That is why everything on this page is short and fixed, and everything open-ended we do is scoped phase by phase with milestone pricing instead of an open meter.
