Services
Everything we do, on one page.
Grouped the way we actually think about it: who we solve for, what we build, and how we lead. Every engagement below has a page of its own if you want the detail.
The shape of the firm behind the list: software engineering services delivered by a senior-only team, priced against outcomes rather than hours, with the ownership of everything we build handed to you. Fifteen years of it, from NASA JPL research platforms to sanctions-compliance systems running across twenty banks.
Who we solve for
Two places where the domain itself is the hard part.
RegTech & Compliance
Healthcare, fintech, and data-heavy regulated solutions.
Sanctions screening, KYC and onboarding, transaction monitoring, and case management. Built to survive an audit, not just a demo.

For operators and the firms themselves.
Technical due diligence pre-deal or post-close, and modernisation scoped to hold-period timelines. The solutions that move EBITDA.
Read moreWhat we build
Three kinds of engineering work, each answering a different worry.
Product Development
Production-grade development, concept upward.
Zero-to-one and optimisation. Documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure under your own accounts, so it is yours at handover rather than ours to keep.

Agentic workflows in production, with your data safely within them.
Multi-step workflows, retrieval, and evaluation harnesses, plus the pipelines and data groundwork underneath. Running in production, not in a notebook.

Phased migrations, smooth cutovers, no downtime.
Moved across in stages with milestone reviews, so the business keeps running throughout and your team can follow what changed.

Senior operators inside your team, in whichever shape fits.

Direction, delivery, and hiring.
Across full stack, infrastructure, and cloud. Setting technical direction, building the team, and running delivery.

Roadmapping, product management, UX research and design.
Held as one role rather than passed between three people, so the person deciding what to build is the one talking to users and drawing the interface.

How an engagement works
The same four steps, whichever service you start from.
01
A 15-minute call
You describe what is in the way; we tell you what we would do about it, including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.
02
A bounded first step
A fixed-price diagnostic, assessment, or read, days or weeks, not months, that ends in a plan you own whether or not we do the work that follows.
03
Milestones with exits
The build is phased, priced per milestone, and stoppable at every boundary. Continuing is a decision you make, not a default you drift into.
04
Handover, by design
Code, infrastructure, documentation, and the knowledge to run them, transferred to your team under your own accounts. Yours on day one, not on exit.
Questions buyers ask first
The honest answers to what you're about to ask.
- What are software engineering services?
- Engineering capability you buy instead of hire: building products, modernising systems, running AI and data work, and providing the senior leadership to direct it. The useful distinction is between firms that rent you hours and firms that sell you outcomes. Everything on this page is scoped to an outcome with a price and a stopping point, because a services engagement without a defined end is just payroll with worse margins.
- How do you price engagements?
- Fixed where the work can be honestly bounded, milestone-priced where it cannot. The fixed items are published: an $8,000 MVP Diagnostic, a $40,000 Build Sprint, a $12,000 Technical Assessment, a $25,000 to $50,000 Full Technical Assessment, and $50,000 Technical Due Diligence. Longer work like modernisation is priced phase by phase against a plan you sign off, and leadership seats run on monthly retainers. No engagement continues past a milestone without a decision to continue.
- Do you replace our engineering team or work with it?
- With it, almost always. Knowledge transfer is built into every engagement: pairing, documentation, and infrastructure under your own accounts, so what we build is yours to run the day we leave. We are structurally uninterested in being the only people who understand your platform; that dependency is good for a vendor and bad for you.
